Delivery & Returns
Most of the orders will be shipped out from California, USA.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 - 48 hours once the order payment is received. In addition, all the orders are safely and discreetly packed and delivered with reliable logistic companies to handle deliveries, thus, all orders can be assured to be delivered on time.
The tracking number will be provided to you by the email within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed.
Note: Check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive the tracking confirmation email. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact us via our contact form.
Most of our orders will be shipped at same day if the order was placed before 3:00pm pacific time.
Please check to make sure the shipping address is correct and complete. Any additional delivery/return fees due to incomplete address or non-response from the customer will be charged to the customer.
We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen goods if the tracking numbers/delivery confirmation number shows that the goods have been delivered to the shipping address which are listed in the payments.
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered Business Days and we do not ship on these days.
U.S. Domastic Shipping
USA customers will receive the order within approximately 1 - 9 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.
Signature upon delivery will be required on orders over $250, unless you specify "No Signature Required" when you order.
International Shipping
International shipments require customs paperwork and will take approximately 5-18 business days to be delivered depending on your country and the shipping method which you choose.
Customers are at their own risk if the items are hold or confiscated by the customs so please check with your local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within your country.
The description of "PLASTIC GIFT TOYS" will be used on the customs form to describe the commodity inside the package.
You must contact our customer service within 48 hours when you have received the order and are requesting either a refund or replacement. Our returns department will handle your return smoothly.
All items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for product refund or exchange.
Products with minor wrinkle or external blemish will not affect the function of the toy thus cannot be deemed as defective for a replacement.
Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept dissatisfaction returns.
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, items returned without original packaging or have been used will NOT be accepted.
If you change your mind and don't want the item, do not open it. We will only accept unused and undamaged packages that are still in their original packaging for return. We will issue you a store credit (only) less the shipping fee.
If we suspect that the items have been used or without its original packaging then we reserve the right to dispose or return the Items to you at your expense.
If the returned item is found to be the correct item or in perfect working condition, we will issue you a full refund less the shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If your order is returned to us due to undeliverable address or non-response, we can issue you a full refund less the shipping fee or reship the package at your expense.
In your return package, please include:
* A note telling us what the problem was
* A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
* Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
